After payment
Payhip provides a download page and an email receipt after successful payment. This is digital delivery; there is no shipping charge, postal delivery, or physical product. Use an email address you can access. Payment failures or pending payments may delay file access.

Open and use the download
- Save the ZIP to your device, then extract it using your device’s ZIP utility.
- Read START-HERE. Keep a clean original and make a working copy.
- Open the XLSX file in compatible spreadsheet software. Amber cells are inputs; pale blue cells contain formulas.
- Open the PDF for your paper size (US Letter or A4). Print at Actual size for the intended layout, including labels.
- Save your edited workbook and a private backup. Your entries are not synchronized with Next Move.
Compatibility and limits
You need ZIP extraction, XLSX-compatible software, and a PDF reader. A desktop or laptop is recommended; mobile editing depends on your app. Software is not included. The PDFs are printable guides, not fillable forms. Formula and exported-output checks were performed during creation, but native Excel and Google Sheets imports have not been separately tested. No Google Sheets copy link, macros, or online integrations are included.
Missing email or trouble opening a file?
Check spam and promotions, confirm the email used for your purchase, and make sure the ZIP finished downloading before extracting it. If a file is missing, corrupt, or will not open, use the support form with your product name, purchase email, order reference, device/app name, and the error you see. Redact personal information from any screenshot. See refunds & remedies if the issue cannot be resolved.
Access and updates
Keep a local backup rather than relying on indefinite hosted access. Your purchase includes the files described when you buy, with no promised lifetime updates or customization service. Material defects and any legally required updates or remedies will be addressed.
