Who this policy covers
This policy describes this Next Move website and the seller’s handling of Next Move purchase and support information through the Communication Co. Payhip storefront. Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the support form. Payhip, payment providers, and the hosting platform describe their own processing in their separate policies.
The free calculator and checklist
The calculator processes the numbers you enter in your browser. Its code does not send those values to Next Move or save them in cookies, local storage, or a customer account. Refreshing the page resets the values. Budget and checklist downloads are generated in your browser. Next Move does not receive the contents of your downloaded budget or the information you later enter into a purchased workbook.
Website access information
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical access information, such as IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. If the hosting platform requires sign-in, it handles that authentication under its own policies. The Next Move page itself has no registration or email-signup form, advertising pixel, or analytics script. Fonts and page images are served with the site; we do not load Google Fonts on this page.
Purchase and support information
Payhip and payment providers collect information needed for checkout, delivery, tax, fraud prevention, and payments, which may include your email, name, country, billing details, order information, IP address, and payment status. The seller may access order and customer details supplied by Payhip to deliver products, resolve issues, process refunds, and maintain required business records. Payment details are handled by payment providers; this site does not collect card numbers.
If you contact support through Payhip, the seller receives the details and message you submit. Send only what is needed to resolve your issue. Avoid sharing sensitive inventory entries, identification documents, passwords, or full payment-card details.
How information is used and shared
Order and support information is used to fulfill purchases, communicate about them, provide support and refunds, maintain records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Service providers such as Payhip and payment processors handle information for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to protect legal rights. Next Move does not sell purchase or support information or use it for targeted advertising on this site.
Optional marketing
Payhip checkout may offer a separate, optional choice to receive product updates and offers. Buying is not a requirement to opt in. Transaction and support messages are separate from marketing. Use an unsubscribe option in a marketing email or contact support to withdraw a marketing choice; this will not cancel your purchase.
Legal reasons for processing
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to fulfill your purchase or answer a request, comply with tax or other legal obligations, protect legitimate interests in operating a reliable store and resolving disputes, or act on consent for optional marketing. You may withdraw consent where it is the basis, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Retention and security
We retain order and support information for as long as needed for delivery, assistance, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Providers may have different legally required retention periods. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized. Access should be limited to those who need it for those purposes. No internet service can promise absolute security; keep your own downloaded inventory and backups in a private location.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to processing of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Send a request through support with enough information to locate your order; we may need reasonable identity verification. A deletion request may not remove records that must be retained by law. For information held independently by a provider, contact that provider. We do not use your site inputs for automated eligibility or similar decisions.
Cookies and browser storage
Next Move’s own page code does not set cookies or use persistent browser storage. The hosting platform may use service or authentication cookies. Payhip checkout and its contact page are separate destinations and may use their own cookies, payment technology, and consent controls. Manage those choices on the provider’s page and in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or checkout. This page has no optional advertising or analytics cookies to enable.
Providers and international processing
Providers may process information in countries different from yours, under their own safeguards and policies. See Payhip’s privacy policy, PayPal’s privacy statement, and OpenAI’s privacy policy for hosting-platform services. The payment provider shown in checkout may have additional notices.
Children and changes
The products and shop are intended for adults organizing their homes, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied personal information to the seller, contact support. Policy changes will be posted here with an updated date; material new uses requiring notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law.
