NEXT MOVE / HELP & POLICIES
Terms of sale & website use
Last updated October 4, 2026
Clear expectations for the website and your digital purchase.
1. The shop and these terms
Next Move is a digital planning-tool brand. Its products are sold through the Communication Co. Payhip storefront. Contact the seller using the Payhip support form. These terms apply to Next Move products and this website. Payhip and payment providers have separate terms for their services.
2. What you purchase
Each product listing describes the included files, price, features, and software requirements. All products are digital downloads; no physical goods or shipping are included. A purchase grants a personal household license under our license policy, rather than ownership of the underlying template copyright.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices on this site are in US dollars. Payhip shows applicable taxes and the final order total before payment. Payment options are those available in checkout. Each purchase is a one-time payment with no Next Move subscription. A payment provider may charge its own currency-conversion fees. Your order confirmation identifies your purchase; contact support about an apparent pricing, payment, or order error.
4. Delivery and technical requirements
After successful payment, Payhip makes the ZIP available through its download page and email receipt. You need a working email address, internet access to download, ZIP extraction, an XLSX-compatible spreadsheet app, and a PDF reader. Software is not included. Desktop editing is recommended. The PDFs are printable, not fillable. Workbook formulas and exported outputs were checked during creation; native Excel and Google Sheets application testing has not been performed. No Google Sheets copy link, macros, or integrations are supplied. See delivery & download help.
5. Refunds, cancellation, and defects
Our refunds & returns policy explains access problems, duplicate charges, change-of-mind requests, and statutory cancellation rights. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Use your own information
The free calculator and templates are general organization tools. Example calculator amounts are not market averages or quotations. Enter your own costs, dates, and facts, verify calculations and deadlines, and consult qualified professionals for decisions that need specialist advice. No specific savings, affordability, moving result, deposit recovery, or insurance outcome is promised.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the site and downloads lawfully for their intended purpose. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, remove ownership notices, or copy, sell, or publicly distribute the paid templates. You retain control of information you enter in your own workbook.
8. Support, updates, and availability
Support covers download access and product-file problems. Custom work and lifetime updates are not part of the purchase. We will address material defects and provide any remedies or updates required by applicable law. Website or provider outages can interrupt access; keep a private backup of purchased files. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
9. Responsibility and consumer protections
We are responsible for supplying the files described and for obligations imposed by applicable law. We do not control your movers, landlord, software, bank, insurer, or other outside providers. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or applicable consumer guarantees.
10. Privacy and complaints
See our privacy & cookies policy for site, checkout, and support data. Send a complaint through the support form with your product name, order reference, issue, and requested resolution. You retain access to consumer authorities, applicable dispute-resolution services, and courts available under your local law; these terms do not require private arbitration or waive those rights.
11. Changes
We may update this website and these terms for future use and purchases. The terms and product description in effect when you purchased govern that purchase. A later edit will not reduce your existing statutory rights.
